  • Interviews
    We meet with you and each candidate for the interviews. We then obtain your feedback after each interview and help you decide whether additional screening is needed.
  • Coordination
    We coordinate the job offer and salary negotiation.
  • Follow-up
    We follow-up with you throughout the first 3 months after the hire to make sure it is still a good fit for both you and the employee.
