On Wednesday March 2, Justin Terch, President of Terch & Associates LLC, will be testifying at the Minnesota House of Representatives in support of key changes to the MN Wage Theft Act. This act will reduce the administrative burden on Minnesota employers and HR professionals.

This will be his 3rd time testifying before the MN legislature in addition to meeting with the MN Commissioner of Labor and Industry, Rep. Stauber, Sen. Klobuchar, and Sen. Smith. and other key leaders in our state. Additionally Justin will be meeting travel to Washington DC at the end of March to continue his lobbying efforts on behalf of his clients and the MN Society of HR Management (MNSHRM)!
