Meet Our HR Consulting Team

Justin L. Terch is Principal of Terch and Associates and has provided human resources expertise to organizations of all sizes for over 15 years. As Principal and Managing Partner, Justin leads our HR consulting team with complete education and understanding of human resources, employment law, and business. He has an M.B.A. from The College of Saint Scholastica School of Business and Technology, and he is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Certified Labor Relations Professional by the Public Employee Labor Relations Association.

Justin serves as State Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Minnesota Society of Human Resource Management (MNSHRM), leading 6,000 HR professionals across Minnesota. He serves in the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, mediating discrimination cases, and previously served as Senior Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, teaching Human Resources Management and Civil Law Mediation. Justin serves as Terch and Associates’ Qualified Representative to the Minnesota Board of Private Detectives and Protective Agents and personally supervises all investigative work.

David Huntley is a Senior Human Resource Consultant specializing in providing on-site HR support through our fractional HR program and developing performance management programs for diverse generations. With a background in industrial and organizational psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, David studies employee behavior and trends to identify ways to reduce turnover and increase employee job satisfaction. He is an authorized provider of the Predictive Index assessment system and holds Certified Professional status with the Society of Human Resource Management.

David leads Terch and Associates’ candidate sourcing process and consults on various performance management services. His expertise as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist provides unique scholarship and best practices in people management. David is active in the West Duluth Business Club and the Duluth Eco Rotary and serves on the Duluth Workforce Development Board’s Emerging Workforce Committee.

Faith Wickenhauser is an Associate HR Consultant specializing in candidate selection and onboarding processes. Faith has her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Minnesota, and earned her Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) status, and is actively engaged in building Northeastern Minnesota’s workforce as a member of the Duluth Workforce Development Board, partnering with employers and government officials to develop talent throughout the community.

Faith assists clients with smooth candidate screening and new-hire onboarding, playing a significant role in executive search. She actively handles employment compliance and employee relations matters, with experience in full-cycle recruiting and Minnesota employment compliance. Faith regularly conducts HR audits and internal investigations and provides on-site HR services to numerous clients. Known for her ability to connect with anyone, Faith is a dedicated leader in building workplaces where tasks get done and people are heard.
